We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head HR Executive to join our team. This role is specifically for male candidates who are willing to travel occasionally and possess expertise in HR compliances and communication. As the Head HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and compliance within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
· Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
· Coordinate employee performance evaluations and provide guidance to managers on performance management.
· Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
· Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
· Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management as needed.
· Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's compliance.
· Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
· Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience as an HR executive or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
· In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, particularly in the areas of compliance.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
· Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
· Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
