We seek a highly skilled and experienced
Human Resources Leader to join our established and fast- growing Facility Management brand. As the
Human Resources Head, you will report directly to the CEO/Founder and play a critical role in shaping our organization's human capital strategy.
Core Responsibilities - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals: You will be responsible for
creating and executing HR strategies that support the overall business objectives and drive employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
- Drive talent acquisition and retention: You will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract top
Managerial and Leadership talents across various functions within the organization. Additionally, you will develop effective employee retention programs for o ces and units to ensure a high-performing workforce.
- Implement performance management systems: You will design and implement performance
management systems that promote a culture of continuous feedback, goal setting, and development. This includes conducting regular performance reviews, identifying training needs, and implementing recognition programs.
- Enhance employee engagement: You will create initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction,
motivation, and engagement through effective communication channels, team-building activities, and employee development programs.
- Oversee compliance with labor laws and regulations: You will ensure the company complies with all
applicable labor laws and regulations by developing policies that align with legal requirements while fostering a positive work environment.
- Advise on organizational development initiatives: You will guide senior leadership on organizational
structure changes, succession planning, talent development programs, diversity initiatives, and change management strategies.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal). Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business results. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment. Positions based at Corporate in Mumbai. The total experience desired is a minimum of 10 years in a similar function.
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred) Proven experience as an HR leader for at least eight years in a fast-paced, workforce-driven environment. People Strong knowledge of labor laws & regulations. Open to travel within India
