Paschion Restaurants is a leading Indian food company specialising in internet restaurants a.k.a. cloud kitchens. We are running four online restaurant brands at 6 locations and a physical restaurant at Saket - Spice Market, Call Chotu, Yours Truly Butter Chicken and Nayi Dilli ke Paranthe.

Over the last 4 years, the company has grown 50X in volume and is planning aggressive growth over the next 3 years in Delhi NCR. More information about the company is available on request. We expect the candidates to do basic research on our company on LinkedIn, Instagram, Zomato and Swiggy prior to an interview.Â

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in hospitality industry, especially food & beverage. The job entails managing Recruitment for all the outlets of the company. This is a full time role, 6 days a week and based at the Company Headquarters at Vasant Kunj.

Role Description

Paschion Restaurants is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist. Following are the key roles and responsibilities,

  • Manage and lead the Talent Acquisition process
  • Be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, interviewing, and employer branding
  • Create a proactive recruitment plan for the forthcoming quarters
  • Create JD and Key Responsibilities for all positions
  • Post Job Ads on various job portals and social media handles of the company
  • Networking with Facebook / WhatsApp recruitment referral groups
  • Manage Staff Referral Program
  • Find other creative ways to look for the best talent for our company
  • Maintain an online database of applicants
  • Run the screening process from the applications as per company guidelines
  • Conduct interviews (video & in-person)
  • Coordinate second and third round of interviews with management
  • Negotiate Salary Package and other related benefits
  • Run background checks and reference checks
  • Manage onboarding process and orientation
  • Coordinate general and on-the-job training and track progress of new joinees
  • Provide support to other team members on other roles and responsibilities in HR Dept as and when necessary

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
  • Experience in creating and executing employer branding initiatives
  • Ability to conduct efficient and effective interviews to identify the most qualified candidates
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the hospitality or food service industry is mandatory
