We offer our platform as SaaS (Software as a Service) which complements the services delivered, to suit customers’ need across the globe.We are looking for Talent Acquisition Professional with following Job Description: -Job Summary:As the Talent Acquisition Professional, this role will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of talent to meet the organization's strategic goals. This position will develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies, oversee the recruitment team, and collaborate with key stakeholders to build a high-performing workforce.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational goals and workforce needs.• Develop and implement a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with the company's objectives.• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment processes.Team Leadership:• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and Talent Acquisition Specialists.• Set performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and facilitate professional development.• Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the Talent Acquisition team.Recruitment Process Management:• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, utilizing various channels (online platforms, networking, referrals, etc.).• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Stakeholder Collaboration:• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs.• Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.• Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.Employer Branding:• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.• Promote the organization's values, culture, and benefits to enhance its reputation as an employer of choice.Data Analysis and Reporting:• Utilize data analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.• Provide regular reports on key recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement.Compliance:• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.• Stay informed about changes in legislation that may impact recruitment practices.Qualifications, Experience, Skills:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred with Proven 12-15 Years of experience in BPM/GCC’s industry within Talent Acquisition or recruitment space.• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.• Strategic thinker with the ability to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
