ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Helping with the onboarding & exit formalities.
Inform and liaise with the candidate to sign the employment contract and to provide necessary documents.
Managing employee data.
Handling employee queries & employee engagement.
Calendar preparation for employee engagement activities
Helping hand in HR audit
Keeping track of PF & ESIC Data.
Overlooking employees bank details and updating time to time

Leadership abilities
Preferred experience: 1 year to 2 years experience
