Manage the payroll process for the organization.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations.
Ensure the processing of new hires, temporary workers, transfers, promotions and terminations is accurate and timely.
Supervise payroll staff, including payroll supervisor and payroll specialists.
Attendance and Leave Management; Publishing the Employee List and maintai ning the complete information about employees on daily basis.
Prepare Monthly Online PF & ESI Challan and Deposit the Challan.
Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits
Plan & Design Employees Benefit Polices-Attendance, Annual Leave, Short Leave, Payroll, Holidays, Diwali Gift, Travel, Birth, Marriage, Maternity & Paternity Polices
Administering salary, disbursement of pay slips as well as sorting out any discrepancies at the earliest pertaining to such payments.
Handling day to day employee queries related to Salary, Tax, PF, Increment, Incentive calculations & payouts, HR Policies, etc.
Reconciliation of the monthly payroll expenses and identifying and resolving differences, if any
Facilitates management and employee understanding of payroll procedures.
