Surgeped is looking for HR Trainee Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- Recruitment Support:Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Onboarding and Orientation:Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with the completion of required paperwork
- Help facilitate orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and expectations
- Employee Records:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of personnel files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Training and Development:Collaborate with the training team to coordinate employee training programs and development initiatives
- Assist in tracking employee training completion and maintaining training records
- HR Administration:Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and managing HR-related documentation
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations for management
- Employee Relations:Participate in employee engagement initiatives and activities to foster a positive work environment
- Handle basic employee inquiries and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate HR personnel
- Compliance and Policies:Assist in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations
- Special Projects:Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives to contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes
