Surgeped is looking for HR Trainee Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

  • Recruitment Support:Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Onboarding and Orientation:Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with the completion of required paperwork
  • Help facilitate orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and expectations
  • Employee Records:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of personnel files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Training and Development:Collaborate with the training team to coordinate employee training programs and development initiatives
  • Assist in tracking employee training completion and maintaining training records
  • HR Administration:Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and managing HR-related documentation
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations for management
  • Employee Relations:Participate in employee engagement initiatives and activities to foster a positive work environment
  • Handle basic employee inquiries and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate HR personnel
  • Compliance and Policies:Assist in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies
  • Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations
  • Special Projects:Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives to contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes
