Job Description:
Keeping track of the attendance of the employees and making salaries accordingly.
Filing the leave forms and keeping track of leaves taken.
Seeing to it that there is not much absenteeism on any given day.
Coordinate with the department in charge to manage manpower in all departments.
Keeping and maintaining the records of ESI and PF.
When a candidate joins then introduce him to all HODs.
Manage security guard activity and take regular feedback.
Add to the newly joined employee in the Sevier system and fulfil all forms and formalities.
Accidents record updating and maintenance.
Distribute the salary to all manpower.
Coordinate during candidate interview.
Prepare Skill matrix and training record
Motivate employees
Prepare full and final when an employee leaves.
Must have Manufacturing Industry experience.
Good Communication Skills
