Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HR Executive to join our team at Toolify Private Limited. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations in the IT field. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. The role is based in Delhi and offers a competitive salary range.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive in the IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and other HR administrative tasks.
• Participate in strategic planning and provide insights and recommendations to optimize HR functions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR to drive continuous improvement.
