Job description
1. Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
2. Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant federal, state and local laws for all positions.
3. Should have at least 2-3 years of experience in HR Domain.
4. Should be able to handle bulk hiring.
5. Should be a graduate or Postgraduate.
6. Should have some exposure in campus recruitment.
7. Good communication skills, energetic, Disciplined.8. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.9. Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards.10. Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.11.
