Job Description:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Develop job descriptions for open positions on relevant platforms and networks.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interviews with Hiring Managers.
- Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and implementing improvement measures.
- Coordinate performance appraisals and evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records of employee performance evaluations and feedback.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure all HR practices align with company values and promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments.
Qualifications:
- Must have more than 3 years of experience.
- Muast have MBA in HR
- Candidate must be from Gurgaon Location.
