Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Executive
- Good knowledge of the recruitment process and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience with job portals such as Naukri
- Familiarity with interview techniques and assessment methods
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
- Resolve employee relations issues and address employee grievances
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
