Job Description –
- Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record
- Keeping track of employees’ attendance / absenteeism and report to Management.
- Arranging orientation program and de briefing to new employee
- Onboarding formalities – Personnel file, forward email addresses for new employees
- Drafting and issuing letters like appointment letters, increment letters, experience letter, employment proofs, relieving letters etc.
- Coordination regarding official mail ID and ERP ID.
- Maintaining Master records in the school ERP.
- Maintaining and updating current HR files, databases and employment status of current employees in the ERP
- Complete Exit formality. Getting the clearances done, handling the full and final settlement and issuing cheques and collecting recoveries.
- Candidate Profile –
- Relevant experience in HR Operations role.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
