- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in the preparation and documentation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
- Take care of the Joining Formalities, Induction, Exit Interviews, etc
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues, maintaining a positive work environment.
- Support training initiatives by coordinating training sessions and tracking employee development plans
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
- Assist & Support the performance appraisal process.
- Maintain a database (MIS) of all the employees information and ensure they are up to date and secure.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 6 months-1 years relevant experience.
