Form of work This position will lead Plant HR and responsible to perform activities in the human resources, includes screening, recruitment, interviewing and placing workers, onboarding of employees, employee administration, and providing continuous performance coaching and development training, and also responsible for the coordination of Payroll, Statutory, Taxation at Par Active Technologies Private Limited.
- Has an understanding the manpower requirement of current or anticipated staffing needs of various departments of the site.
- Responsible for development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital at the site
- Review Salary computation and other information to deduct and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Ensures adherence to performance management of the site, as per corporate guideline.
- Implements HR polices to support business requirement.
Education & Experience
- Master of Business Administration
- Minimum 14 years of experience in HR and Plant experience
