- Support Project Head at site for the smooth admin functioning of the site.
- Ensure proper Housekeeping across facility of data center building, surroundings, project office, guest house, & Site office, etc.
- Adherence to all the Project compliance and ensuring of renewal of various licenses, like CLRA, RC, ISMW RC, BOCW License, etc
- Maintenance & upkeeping of the office premises & overall disciplinary control over office staff and contract labours.
- Coordinate with Head office for the coordination purpose
- Coordinating for all the employee engagement activities and Training sat site.
- Updating of all the site update to Head HR at Corporate
- Handling of VIP delegation and local governing authority and Directors/Partners
- Handling petty cash and bill management
- Knowledge of SAP
- Transport management
- Event management
- CSR activities at Project site
- Manage the new hire orientation and joining process at site.
- Coordinating with HO HR team for execution of various business and group initiatives
- Promote Adani core values, vision and mission across the business; Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct and outlined ethical guidelines
- Ensure employee queries are addressed promptly and escalate to senior management wherever applicable
