We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our AML/KYC/Prevention team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Performing Quality checks on completed KYC profiles for various business lines and documenting results.
Assessing review results to determine whether conditions identified are isolated or systematic in nature
Develop appropriate corrective action plan, as necessary for systematic issues.
Preparation of clear communication and reporting for stakeholders and senior management on the review results.
Keep track of the identified deficiencies and assure all are being handled properly as per procedures and rectified prior to approval of the KYC profile.
Maintain subject matter expertise by keeping up to date on changes to the Policies and Standards.
Coordinating training, where appropriate, based on corrective actions.
Provide feedback, guidance and training to preparer / maker team on QC results.
Monitor effectiveness of the Key risk and performance indicators for effectiveness and efficiencies To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
10 + Years of overall Experience and more than 8 years of experience in KYC / Financial Crimes in a global bank / financial institution
Good understanding of AML & CTF framework
Experience in conducting QA / QC reviews of KYC activities
Good Verbal & written Communication Skills
Knowledge of Financial Crime Laws and regulations
Highly motivated, self-starter capable of working independently, without supervision
Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
