Should be able to do effective root cause analysis with corrective action to reduce the customer complaints Must have hand on experience in doing reporting using excel and PPT Mentor team members to improve performance and behavior Understand VOC and implement actions to improve the performance on them Participate in WNS BPET initiatives Deploy standard Quality Framework Initiate and mentor vertical level initiative Assist the Operations team during migration in terms of base lining and QA identification
