Job Description

Doka India is looking for an HR Administrative Assistant who is well organized, has a positive attitude, and loves getting things done. This role is a sole contributor, responsible for supporting overall Admin, Facility management and HR & IT activities. Your specific responsibilities are:


Human Resources:


  • Support in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Maintain employee records.

Administrative Support:


  • Manage office supplies and handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • To handle travel desk efficiently and cost effectively.
  • Track and renew life insurance policies, AMCs, follow up on services, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Ensuring the upkeep of the entire office facilities.​

IT Coordination:


  • Liaison between employees and MEAAP IT for technical issue resolution.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining IT systems.
  • Coordinate with procurement and vendors for IT needs.
  • Manage accurate records of IT assets.
  • Any other duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications

You apply for this job, if; 


  • You have experience as an Administrative Assistant and in office management.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in commerce & HR related courses.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, and familiarity with office equipment like fax machines, copiers, and scanners is a plus.
  • You possess strong communication skills in both English and the local language (oral and written).
  • You are highly organized and can multitask effectively.
  • You are proactive and excel as a team player.
  • You prioritize confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
  • You comprehend work urgencies and can meet tight deadlines.

Additional Information

Location: This position will be based in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
