Role & Responsibilities:
  • Manage the executive’s schedules, meetings, travel etc
  • Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information for the executive's use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, etc.
  • Ensure all employees are provided with a safe and healthy working condition.
  • Handle confidential information and maintain the security of the executive’s records and files.
  • Monitor, review, and approve standard expenditures to ensure the activities of the office are conducted within established budgets.
  • Looking after the entire administration of Coromant Sales Office in Pune.
  • Looking after the travel & hospitality of all employees including international visitor.
  • Looking after the arrangements of all meetings and conferences. • Coordinating the Training administration activity.
  • Facilitating and co-ordination of joining formalities for the new employees.
  • Coordinating the Company car as per Sandvik Policy.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the capital and IT assets.
  • Co-ordination with the existing supplier for various services.
  • Identifying and developing proper supplier for procurement by maintaining proper purchase procedures also monitoring and creation of PR and in turn generation of PO in co-ordination with concerned department.
  • Co-ordination with Housekeeping on day-to-day basis.
  • Entering proper records in the system for creation of GRN, processing the bills and facilitating the payment of the supplier on time.
  • Adherence to Cost savings in accordance with budget for office and sites.
  • Monitoring of Cost based on budget
Your Profile:
Graduate – accounting or Administration
Min 5 years on job experience in similar role.
Having hands on MS Office, MS word, Excel & PPT.
Good in English, Communications & Public Relations.
Good organizing, administrative and Matrix working abilities.
Dealing with service suppliers, event agencies, hotels etc.
Systematic & process-oriented approach.
This position will be reporting to Sales Cluster Manager, Coromant India
