Position Title: Marketing Head


Functional Area: Marketing

Location: Bangalore (Jigani)


Candidate Profile:
Educational Qualification:MBA/PGDM in Marketing is preferred
Work Experience: 15+ Years
Industry Type: Marketing Agencies
Role Overview:
As a Marketing Head you would be responsible for:
1) Proven expertise in brand development of a B2C brand.
2) Prior experience of launching successful B2C product led marketing campaigns with quantified results.
3) Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
4) Create engaging content that effectively communicates our brand message and resonates with our target audience.
5) Build and maintain brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements across all marketing channels.
6) Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, from idea generation to content creation and distribution.
7) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with other business functions.
8) Responsible for all marketing initiatives, including social media, digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects.
9) Creating strategic plans to establish and enhance our brand presence, allocating resources to different projects, and setting both short-term and long-term goals for the department.
Key Responsibility:
1) Brand Development: Establish a distinctive brand image through a comprehensive content strategy.
2) Team Leadership: Lead and oversee a team of Marketing professionals, Providing guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction. Foster collaboration and synchronization across marketing verticals, ensuring cohesive execution of marketing strategies.
3) Strategic Marketing Management: Develop & implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various verticals, including digital marketing, performance marketing and growth marketing, social media, product marketing, CRM, brand building, community, creative and content and activation. Drive customer acquisition, operation management and customer lifecycle management strategies.
4) Performance & Growth Marketing: Implement robust performance/ growth marketing strategies to boost lead generation and enhance sales funnels.
5) Digital & Social Media Presence: Amplify digital and social media presence across platforms through strategic content and performance plan on digital platform. Grow digital presence by elevating brand visibility.
6) Thought Leadership and PR: Establish Thought leadership in the Electric Vehicle (EV)Industry through successful PR campaigns and strategies.


Website Traffic Enhancement: Enhance Website traffic through SEO optimization.
7) Multichannel Campaigns: Plan and execute multi- channel campaigns within budget, driving discovery, awareness and customer acquisition.
Essential Skill Set:
a) MBA in Business, marketing, communications, or related field from B School preferred.
b) Experience in marketing and running a marketing team.
c) Proven marketing campaign experience.
d) Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
e) Proven ability to manage budgets.
f) High competence in project and stakeholder management.
g) Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
h) Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
