AddressProfile: Marketing Director/Head
Roles and Responsibilities:
One should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Experience: 10 - 19 Yrs.
Qualification: Graduation and above
Job Location: Bangalore
Working Days/Hours: 6 days a week and 12 hours a day
Salary: 12 LPA - 24 LPA + Incentives/weekly (Salary is not at all a constraint for the right talent and we assure to give you the best in the market)
Responsibilities:
- Build, plan and implement the overall Marketing strategy
- Manage the Marketing strategy for the entire four verticals of the Organisation
- Hands on experience in handling both online and offline Marketing
- Rich experience in running Marketing Campaigns etc.
- Good in Handling Public Relations and Media Relations etc.
- Manage and train the entire Marketing team
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Manage and oversee all digital marketing channels, Social media marketing
- Measure ROI and KPIs
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts
- Measure and manage online content
- Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysis
- Build and inbound marketing plan
- Anticipate sales performance trends
- Organize and lead digital marketing team
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in Overall Marketing - Online, Offline and PR
- Proven of experience in Management including team Management
- Proven of experience in developing and implementing Marketing strategies
- In depth knowledge of all digital marketing channels
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
- Basic knowledge of web design procedures
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
