The Role Context
The HR Business Partner Leader will spearhead the development and execution of HR strategies in alignment with the foundation's goals. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on implementation in areas such as performance management, employee relations, HR compliance, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, coaching & mentoring, with a strong emphasis on global stakeholder management and cross-cultural competence. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building a culture of excellence, collaboration, and lifelong learning within our diverse and dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across different geographies, understanding and respecting cultural nuances to build strong, productive relationships.
- Cross-Cultural Competence: Foster an inclusive workplace environment that appreciates and leverages cultural diversity, ensuring HR initiatives are sensitive to and effective across diverse employee backgrounds
- Performance Management System: Implement a robust performance management system that aligns with our strategic goals, promoting high performance and continuous development.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing employee relations issues with a balanced and respectful approach, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment
- HR Compliances: Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with legal and regulatory standards across different countries and regions, minimizing risk to the organization.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design and oversee compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, fair, and transparent, catering to a diverse and global workforce.
- Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction, creating a vibrant and productive culture.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Provide leadership in coaching and mentoring, supporting professional growth and development throughout the organization.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives, acting as a strategic partner to navigate the organization towards success
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in human resources, with at least 10 years in an HR Business Partner role, including experience managing global teams and stakeholders.
- Strong global stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex, multicultural environments.
- Demonstrated cross-cultural competence, with a deep understanding of how to manage and lead diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), and outstanding presentation skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Proven track record in employee engagement, coaching, and mentoring
