What does the team do?
As the Sales HR Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in supporting our high-performing sales organization. You will partner closely with the Chief Business Officer, sales leaders and executives to provide expert HR guidance, develop talent, and cultivate a positive and productive work environment.
What you'll do?
- Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with the overall business goals of the sales organization.
- Lead talent management for the sales team including performance management, and career development.
- Develop and deliver HR programs and training specifically tailored to the needs of the sales team.
- Coach and advise sales managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
- Work with leaders on building robust sales incentive programs.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement within the sales organization.
- Build strong relationships with sales team members and act as a trusted advisor on all HR-related matters.
Who are you?
- Bachelor's OR Master's degree in HR or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in HR Business Partnership, with a focus on sales.
- Proven experience in performance management and employee relations.- roven experience in sales compensation & bonus calculations.

- Strong understanding of HR metrics and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of the sales function and its unique challenges (preferred).
