About the Role -
? 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with solid exposure in hiring technology roles for IT firm
? Experience in initiating or executing creative hiring strategies including employer branding, social media hiring, campus hiring.
? Experience in head hunting and leadership hiring.
? Experience in building and leading a team of recruiters. Manage the full lifecycle recruitment for one or multiple business clusters
? Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test, etc.). Ability to work on multiple end to end projects.
? Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
? Drive the talent acquisition team to meet the recruitment target using new-age recruiting techniques like the Internet, social and professional networking sites to identify and source right candidates
? Drive the recruitment activities for the current and future proactive needs of the business
? Provide strategic market inputs through quick research as per business needs and build a strong relationship with new and existing external channel partners
? Design, plan and execute employer branding activities. Utilize all conventional and non-conventional sourcing channels such as social media, skill-specific websites, professional and social networking sites/groups, search engines and possible forums to locate both active and passive candidates; conduct resume mining and research for position

It is vital to focus on high standard of delivery excellence, provide top-notch service quality and develop successful long-term business partnerships with internal/external customers by identifying and fulfilling customer needs. He/she should be able to break down complex problems into logical and manageable parts in a systematic way, and generate and compare multiple options and set priorities to resolve problems. The ideal candidate must be proactive, and go beyond expectations to achieve job results and create new opportunities. He/she must positively influence the team, motivate high performance, promote a friendly climate, give constructive feedback, provide opportunities for development, and manage career aspirations of direct reports. Communication skills are key here, to explain organizational objectives, assignments, and the big picture to the team, and to articulate team vision and clear objectives.
