Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of optimizing and streamlining recruitment processes. Your role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our recruitment function, leveraging technology, data, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of operational excellence, strategic thinking, and a passion for enhancing the overall candidate experience.

What will you be responsible for :
Process Optimization:
  • Evaluate, refine, and optimize end-to-end recruitment processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Introduce innovative tools and technologies to enhance the recruitment process.
Technology Management:
  • Oversee the implementation and management of recruitment technology tools.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems for a cohesive and user-friendly experience.
  • Ensure the team is trained and proficient in utilizing available technology.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance recruitment capabilities.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Building out analytical reports and dashboards to measure recruiting performance.
  • Identify trends, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights to enhance decision-making.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Forecasting demand, talent needs and supporting recruiters in meeting these goals
  • Develop and maintain a robust data-driven decision-making framework.
Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with policy, brand image, data integrity and be point of contact for audits in recruiting function.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and compliance.
  • Stay abreast of industry changes and update processes accordingly.
Vendor Management:
  • Develop and manage relationships with recruiting partners and third-party technology vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts, evaluate performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Assess and onboard new vendors to expand recruitment capabilities.
Candidate Experience Enhancement:
  • Implement initiatives to improve the overall candidate experience.
  • Seek feedback and make continuous improvements to create a positive and candidate-centric recruitment process.
  • Leverage technology to personalize and enhance the candidate experience.
Budget Management:
  • Lead the management of the recruitment budget, ensuring effective allocation of cost and resources.
  • Oversee and manage the budget allocation for recruitment initiatives.
  • Implement cost-saving measures.

Who are we looking for?
  • Minimum 10+ year’s relevant experience in sourcing, recruiting analytics or managing Recruiting Operations.
  • Self-directed, detail oriented, problem solver with a desire to contribute. Interest in continuous process improvement, black belt or process improvement certifications would be preferred
  • High energy, driven, articulate and friendly personality with a customer- service mindset & ability of being assertive as in when required.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Excellent technology skills: Microsoft & Google Apps, Successfactors knowledge a plus
  • Bachelor/master’s in business administration / human resources strongly preferred.
