AddressSales Manager - Marble Manufacturing Co
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders in the industry
- Lead and motivate a sales team to drive sales growth and meet targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities..
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales and promotional activities
- Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field:
- MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in industry.
- Minimum of 5 years+ of experience in sales management roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a high performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, competitors' products and services
- Ability to analyse market data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
