You will be working as Talent Sourcer and will be part of Motion for BA Function Human Resources division based out at Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Talent Acquisition Manager - MO India and will be primarily responsible for partnering with the business, HR leaders and working closely with our talent partners, supporting multiple businesses to attract and hire top talent.

Your responsibilities

• Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for various roles
• Conducting initial screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and suitability for the role
• Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through proactive activities and engagement with potential candidates
• Collaborating with hiring managers and work closely with talent partners and other stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and develop bespoke sourcing strategies
• Utilizing various sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates, including job boards, social media, referrals and networking
• Closely monitoring of various conversion rates, (passive candidates - active candidate – interviews – offers - starters) with the view to promptly identify areas of improvement. Promoting our employer brand online and offline

Your background

• Bachelors or Masters in Business or HR from a reputed university
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media and networking
• Experience in actively sourcing of IT roles from engineering industry background, preferably in an inhouse and agency setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and various stakeholders
• Ability to easily adapt to the digital and customer experience driven talent acquisition world effective time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in fast based and high volume environment
