SalaryABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will proactively build pool of prospective candidates for the present and upcoming requisitions. You will work closely with the TA Partner, Hiring Manager and other key stakeholders to understand the requirement and need. You will utilize different sourcing channels like ATS, Job Portals and Social Media to source the candidates. In parallel you will perform market mapping and prepare market data to enable stakeholders to reach a better decision. You will act as an SME on the latest market developments and trends. You should be open to learn upcoming sourcing methods and participate in other TA initiate and projects.
PRIMARY SKILLS:
- 2-4 years of experience in Sourcing candidate for In-house recruitment
- Can build pool of candidates against different requirements in short time
- Hands on experience in Job Portals like Naukri and Social Media like LinkedIn
- Open to learn and explore unconventional ways to source
- Exposure to source through Boolean, X-ray, GitHub, Stack overflow etc. are preferred
- Can do market mapping and prepare market research data for Stakeholders
- Eagerness to work with many projects

EDUCATION
- BA/BS Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related area
