- Formulating and executing Export Sales growth plans per Distributor per Region with focus on key markets of USA, Canada, UK, Middle East, Europe and Australia including New Distributor Markets for all product categories - Instant Mixes, Ready Meals, Open & Eat Desserts, Ghee, Spice Mixes & Namkeen.
- Analyzing and Tracking performance of overall Exports - per Distributor, per Region and per Product Category to ensure business growth and provide management with inputs, gaps and solutions.
- Identify growth opportunities within the categories present as well as expand into new categories as per strategy.
- Growing sales in ethnic markets and also tapping the potential of mainstream markets of main regions.
- Manage different cross-functional teams to ensure business execution as per the Company Goal and Export Business Plan.
- Should be able to work on competitor data through relevant portals and public domain subscriptions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Should have experience of working in the process food industry.
- Should have experience of working in USA, Canda, Europe and Middle East Markets
- Knowledge about EPCG and Advance Licensing, DGFT Coordination.
