Key responsibilities:•Support financial management of noncontract costs for Avanade Advanced Technology center for India.•Ensure compliance to Accenture financial policies and procedures•Providing Delivery Finance support to Avanade ATC business leadership •Finance advisory to Avanade ATC Business leadership on growing ATC to achieve Avanade growth ambitions. •Attend various meetings and calls with business leadership to guide and advise on financial scenarios. •Provide financial impact on Avanade ATC Financials on Rate card impact / COLA impact / HC Pyramid changes / Cost minimization measures. •Guide and mentor Avanade ATC Finance team and help and assist on various financial requirements. •Finance process improvement from time to time based on change in policies or guidelines. •Focus on identifying finance activities performed manually by taking significant time and initiative to automate through digital initiatives to save bandwidth of the team.•Administer Financial planning and analysis– yearly financial plan, rolling forecast, mid-month analysis, variance analysis, creative and pro-active MIS reporting to leadership team etc.•Review of process on a continuous basis for improved efficiency and effectiveness•Preparation of rolling cost recovery forecast report to region – Management and statutory view•Handling automation of finance activities for improved productivity•Support resolving day today operational issues raised by internal customers•Support replicate best practices across other delivery centers•Analysis and reporting of - Area wise revenue, training downtime etc
What are we looking for? Basic Qualification:•6 to 8 years of experience in finance/accounting position •CA / ICWA /MBA with specialization in finance or accounts•Skills & Qualifications Required:?Accounting; Internal Accenture Finance Systems; Chart of Accounts; GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles); Business Activity Level, SAP Business Reporting/R3, General Ledger; Journal Entries; Bill Rate / Cost Rate / Load Factor. Other requirements:•Communicate with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner•Maintain security, integrity and business continuity controls and documents•Develop a good knowledge of structured delivery processes, standards, guidelines and document formats•Work closely with Finance personnel on a daily basis. Maintain significant contact with personnel from all departments. Partner with procurement, accounts payable, controllership, legal, IT, HR, and local Business Development and Delivery Management communities•Participate in finance collaboration calls, knowledge sharing activities locally and organizationally •Respect diversity
