The Position

As a Business Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for:

• Handling deviations and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Writing and editing SOPs and other technical documents.
• Project management and involvement in supply chain projects.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking to optimize supply chain processes.
• Stakeholder management to ensure effective collaboration and communication. Reporting tasks to provide insights and analysis on supply chain performance.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Relevant education/background within shipping/export or other related fields.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience working in a corporate company.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in handling deviations and technical writing.
• Highly proficient with MS Word 2010, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
• Experience or knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge or experience working with different cultures and stakeholder management.
• Basic project management skills.

The Supply Chain department at Novo Nordisk was established in March 2017 as part of our Product Supply Devices & Supply Chain Management business plan towards 2020.
