The Position
As a Business Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for:
- Handling deviations and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Writing and editing SOPs and other technical documents.
- Project management and involvement in supply chain projects.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking to optimize supply chain processes.
- Stakeholder management to ensure effective collaboration and communication. Reporting tasks to provide insights and analysis on supply chain performance.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant education/background within shipping/export or other related fields.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience working in a corporate company.
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in handling deviations and technical writing.
- Highly proficient with MS Word 2010, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
- Experience or knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge or experience working with different cultures and stakeholder management.
- Basic project management skills.
The Supply Chain department at Novo Nordisk was established in March 2017 as part of our Product Supply Devices & Supply Chain Management business plan towards 2020. We are focused on building a robust, ready, and effective supply chain through offshoring and global business services. Our department is anchored under Supply Chain Planning (SCP) at our headquarters and serves as the central hub for consolidating supply chain activities across Novo Nordisk.
