Q2 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Manager- Business Analyst to join the Leadership Team of the Service Delivery Centre of Excellence (CoE). As part of this role, you will contribute to delivering innovative digital banking solutions to our North American Banking & Financial Services Clientele. Joining a high-performance team, you'll be at the forefront of technology, involved in implementing and supporting custom code for clients. Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of skilled Business Analysts & project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Requirements Management: Plan & Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings to elicit detailed information about the project's objectives, functionalities, and constraints.
Project Planning: Lead project planning activities, developing detailed schedules, milestones, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Project Execution: Ensure successful execution of project deliverables and activities while maintaining strict adherence to defined processes and industry best practices.
Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • In a client-facing capacity, collaborate closely with stakeholders in North America (NA) and India, demonstrating flexibility to accommodate interactions during the morning business hours of NA region. Engage with diverse teams including business users, product development, engineering, quality assurance, sales, finance, operations, and customer success to ensure the seamless execution of the project.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain detailed project plans, identifying dependencies, potential risks, and mitigation strategies for successful project outcomes.
Subject Matter Expert Engagement: Leverage subject matter experts to identify, interpret, and provide recommendations based on customer needs, industry trends & best practices.
Communication: Facilitate improved communication between stakeholders and the development team for efficient feature development and delivery.
Release Management: Oversee release management activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams to define scope, schedules, and priorities for a streamlined release process.
Process Adherence & Improvements: Ensure that teams adhere to the release management process, and deployments to higher environments are executed according to agreed-upon schedules with the customer.
Strategic Advisory Role: Advise business groups by offering strategic direction and technical insights to identify and address business issues and opportunities.
Policy Alignment: Ensure that policies and procedures are in line with the corporate vision, contributing to the overall organizational success.
People Management: Play a pivotal role in the selection, development, and evaluation of personnel within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
