The position
As an Associate Manager- Communication at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Lead and develop a team of experienced professionals in the areas of reputational intelligence, social media community, digital communication, AI innovation, content & channel strategy innovation projects.
- Manage multiple stakeholder expectations and allocate resources accordingly.
- Drive interactions and dialogue with internal stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful project delivery. Review project deliveries to ensure quality output.
- Manage team by hiring the right talent and developing internal talent for operational execution.
- Continually develop capabilities and capacity to produce high-quality output.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A master’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business administration, or communication.
- Strong background in digital communication, reputational intelligence, and social media analysis.
- Expertise in statistical methods would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights in a compelling manner.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- 8-10 years of overall experience in project management, marketing operation, consulting/client servicing roles in the communication domain in a global work setup.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in people management.
About the department
The Commercial – GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial – GBS. This includes Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations. The department also supports BioPharma global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders. Located in Bangalore, India, our team is dynamic and fast-paced, working together to make a difference in the lives of patients worldwide.
