Associate Manager-Bids

• To liaison with Divisional Managers for PT Building, Civil and Foreva function for preparation of Bids and support them in tender/document preparation and finalisation.
• Identify Opportunities for BIDs submission in co-ordination with Divisional heads.
• Devising a successful strategy for winning a bid, including pinpointing the USP of the organization with knowing the organizations operating and profit margins and understanding the clients’ specific requirements.
• To Provide Administrative support to the commercial team in researching /writing and checking the proposals
• Prepare the presentation and present the case go/no go Bids for the Risk meeting with the top group management .
• Working with key members of the Operations team, Commercial and Design team and other support functions and the client organisation to obtain the information required to compile the bid .
• To manager the bid qualification process for new opportunities and ensure deadlines are meet.
• To research current and future market trends and submit a report to the management.
• To ensure proper record of submitted proposals in Sales Force .
• To prepare and maintain reference sheet documents and maintain record of original contacts
• Interacting with decision makers, business partners and key influences to strategically manage beneficial and profitable associations.
• Developing Client Rating Matrix
• Overall responsibility of business monitoring and bids co-ordination with top management.

The ideal candidate will be a Engineering graduate with Masters degree in Business Administrations and having more than 12 years of experience in preparation of Bids.
