A career within Corporate Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet their tax obligations while managing the impact tax has on their business. You’ll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing working capital, and profit sharing for partners. You’ll also help organisations understand the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties, as well as providing advice on tax implications of deals.Our team helps our clients improve their tax function to control risk and facilitate better decision making. You’ll focus on helping businesses with tax strategy, ensuring tax compliance, increasing post tax profits, and providing application support to achieve the best Corporate Tax practices.

- Should have an experience in US Corporate, Operating Partnership tax returns (Form 1120 etc) OR Should have an experience in State & Local Tax.
- Demonstrate intimate knowledge and/or direct managerial experience designing and maintaining process models
- Tax Provisioning Experience would be an added advantage
- Should be proficient in technical review Consolidated Federal Tax Returns and(or) Combined state returns.
- Working experience on ITS forms (5471, 5472, 8858 and 8865 etc.) will be an added advantage.
- The profile involves effective communication across Clients’ facilities globally and hence possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written.
- Experience with Tax software ( Gosystem, Onesource, Corptax).
- Analyze the scope of each engagement to manage schedules, budgets, and deadlines
- Should be proficient in using Tax research tools viz CCH, IRA Checkpoint, Bloomberg etc.
- Monitor compliance with due dates and within time budgets
- Participate in assigning duties and training staff
- Mentor and coach staff members in their development
- Supervise numerous engagements simultaneously
- Capable of effectively developing and maintaining client relationships
- Should have good leadership quality and team handling experience
- Should have good reviewer and query resolving skills
- Should have client handling experience
- Ability to delegate work as needed
Minimum years experience required
- For managers, 7‐12 years of post‐qualification experience in taxation, of which 3‐5 years of hands‐on US Corporate tax compliance experience in a similar organization is preferable
- For Senior associates, 3-6 years of post‐qualification experience in taxation

US CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent qualification is preferable.
