The opportunity
• Provide hands-on operational support for installed solutions – alerts monitoring, incident management process
• Supporting demands implementation and delivering a system which meets the requirements of the business needs
• Supporting provision of Teva related technical aspects of the system’s development, including Technical issues management (like AD,SSO, Integration, PD, Security etc)
• Coordinating with Vendor to make sure that they understand Teva Technical environment
• Identifying, investigating and evaluating risks that are part of system functionality, configuration, customization, and technical implementation.
How you’ll spend your day
• Prioritizing system backlog based on business value, time needed to complete, and order in which they were created
• Approving the completion of technical stages in the validation process.
• Preparing, reviewing and approving test results (like PQ, OQ, UAT) deliverables according to the Approvals Responsibility section, to ensure satisfaction of technical requirements
• Providing technical aspects of the system’s maintenance activities in accordance with defined procedures in order to support the validated state of the system

Your experience and qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems related or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience of working in a team that provides support for IT systems
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Experience with CAFM, Enablon or TevaArt systems is an advantage
• Experience working in a pharma environment is an advantage
• Experience working in the position of IT system owner technician is an advantage
