Export Sales Manager
Industry: Agri Tech (Hydroponic Farming)
Location: Pune
Experience: Min. 5 years in Export Sales Management

Responsibilities:
1. Export Sales Management: Develop and implement effective Export Sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Oversee and manage Export Sales activities in Asia and the Middle East.
2. Market Expansion: Identify and explore new markets for our exports, focusing on modern trade and prominent distribution houses. Build and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to expand the market presence.
3. Supply Chain Management: Ensure end-to-end supply chain efficiency, from production to delivery, optimizing costs and timelines. Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to streamline the export process.
4. Packaging and Inventory Management: Supervise packaging processes to meet international standards and ensure product integrity. Implement effective inventory management practices to avoid stockouts and excess inventory.
5. Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures. Collaborate with the sales team to set targets and ensure their achievement.
6. Documentation and Permissions: Manage and oversee the preparation of all necessary export documentation. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and obtain the required permissions for exports.
7. Budget Management: Manage and allocate budget resources efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness in export operations.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Export Sales Management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
2. Proven track record of handling exports to Asia and the Middle East.
3. Experience working with modern trade channels and significant distribution houses.
4. Strong understanding of packaging standards, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
5. Expertise in handling export documentation and obtaining necessary permissions.
6. Passion for promoting sustainable agriculture and environmental responsibility.
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
8. Preference for candidates with prior experience in exporting FMCG products or milk.

Sales-based incentives will be offered to the candidate after the confirmation period.
