Description

You will be Responsible for having complete knowledge of our product, understanding the business needs, providing the accurate resolution to client, handing over the custom business requirement to product delivery team, ensuring the developed solution is per client’s requirement.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements.

• Analysing functional specifications.

• Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs.

• Coordinate with product management to build and implement technology solutions.

• Aware of current technology trends and developments.

Requirement

• Diploma /Graduate/Post Graduate with Computer background.

• Accounting knowledge will add advantage.

• Basic Mathematical techniques to analyse large amounts of data,with strong analytical skill.

• Basic SQL knowledge.

• Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role.

• Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting.

• Understanding of business practices and project managementpreferred.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Must have problem-solving attitude.
