Responsibilities:
- Develop Enterprise Performance Management process frameworks and blueprints for clients.
- Recommend planning, budgeting, and forecasting implementation approaches and roadmaps.
- Conduct workshops to gather and analyze business requirements, driving discussions with clients.
- Lead individual work streams associated with planning solution delivery.
- Prepare key deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, and training materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with EPM tools such as Oracle FCCS, EPBCS, PBCS, Anaplan, or SAP GR.
- Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting processes, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with consulting experience preferred.
