MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3 Years inSales and Marketing (Essential).
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Marketing Planning:
- Collaborate with the Head Office to plan and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement marketing plans based on local needs.
2. Making Marketing Budget:
- Formulate and manage the marketing budget in alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and optimize spending to achieve maximum impact.
3. Leading Local Marketing Executives:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the local marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
4.Liaison with Local Schools/Coaching:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local schools and coaching centers.
- Collaborate on mutually beneficial promotional activities.
5. Meeting Admission Targets:
- Set and work towards achieving admission targets for the organization.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies in meeting goals.
