- To develop and implementation of marketing, sales policies, plans and procedures for the Agri Business in order to maximise the Bank’s market share, profitability and volume on its range of products in the allocated Area Liaison with NABARD, LDM, DDM, KVK, NGOs, SHGs, Agri departments and other Government Bodies to expand Agri Business.
Functional Responsibilities
- Lead the team of Agri Relationship Officer (ARO) and implement Sales & Marketing strategy to achieve desired market penetration and expansion.
- Co-ordinate the Bank’s participation in trade shows and community events in the Area to promote products and services and increase visibility.
- Ensure street on feet – Periodic Marketing activities along with other verticals and Branch team. Conduct periodic performance reviews for the sales team of the allocated Area
Minimum Requirements
Level of Education: Preferably BSc. Agriculture / Graduate
Experience : 5 years and more in similar field
