Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead the marketing team to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and market share growth.
Brand Positioning:
- Define and refine the company's brand positioning in the B2B SaaS Customer Experience space.
- Craft compelling messaging and value propositions to differentiate our offerings in the market.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement successful go-to-market plans for new products and features.
- Drive product launches, ensuring consistent and impactful communication across channels.
Demand Generation:
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads.
- Utilize digital marketing, content marketing, events, and other channels to maximize lead generation.
Content and Thought Leadership:
- Oversee the development of high-quality content, positioning the company as an industry thought leader.
- Drive content marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience.
Marketing Analytics:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze marketing performance.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
Team Management:
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the marketing department.
Experience: 8-15 years
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in the Customer Experience or related industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, demand generation, and brand management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
