Overseeing below function -
Full HR Function but not limited to below specified activities -
- Recruitment for employee and Interns
- Payroll
- ICAI Compliance for interns and Partners
- Performance evaluation
- Employee attrition and retention

Should have done below task in previous organisation -
- Managed all day-to-day HR administration tasks
- Lead a team of HR graduates
- Assisted with the end-to-end recruitment process
- Assisted with monthly payroll and should have experience in resolving payment issues
- Prepared job offer emails and employment offer contracts
- Supported the development of performance review processes and reward schemes
- Full responsibility for all employee and HR records including annual leave and attendance records
- Inducted new staff and overseeing probationary periods
