Job Overview:
We are looking for someone to lead our comprehensive rewards strategies for Compensation and Global Benefits. In this role, you will collaborate with our Business Unit Chief Human Resources Officer (BU CHRO), global compensation and benefits leadership, and business leaders to design and implement diverse compensation and benefits programs across different regions. You will also oversee important processes like salary review, promotions, bonus payout, and job leveling to ensure fairness and alignment with our organization's goals. Your effective communication of our rewards programs to all stakeholders will be crucial to drive employee engagement and support the success of our global business units.
Areas of Responsibility:
    • Work with the Business Unit CHRO, business leaders, and our global Compensation and Benefits leadership to develop and implement global compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate the right talent for the Business Unit.
    • Create and implement diverse compensation and benefits programs tailored to meet the unique needs of our global workforce, including salary structures, incentives, job levels, and compensation policies.
    • Oversee important processes such as salary reviews, promotions, bonus payouts, and job leveling to ensure fairness and consistency across the organization.
    • Develop communication plans to effectively share information about our compensation and benefits programs with all stakeholders to promote understanding and engagement.
    • Lead a team of compensation and benefits professionals, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
    • Analyze and assess existing rewards programs regularly, and propose data-driven improvements to enhance their effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with various teams (HR, Finance, Payroll, etc.) and external partners to ensure smooth delivery and execution of compensation and benefits initiatives aligned with our organizational goals.
    • Engage in discussions and negotiations on compensation-related matters with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP) would be preferred.
    • Proven leadership experience in Compensation and Benefits, with at least 10 years of progressive experience in designing and implementing global rewards programs.
    • Experience in managing and mentoring a team of compensation and benefits professionals, with the ability to attract, develop, and empower team members.
    • Strong knowledge of global compensation and benefits trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements across multiple regions.
    • Experience in both market and global line of business compensation.
    • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to provide advice to business leaders.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and focus on continuous improvement.
