Who We're Looking For:
- Chartered Accountants with a golden 10-15 years of post-qualification experience, particularly in the domain of BFSI audit (either Big6 or BFSI organisations).
- A strong foundation in Big 6 audit firms or equivalent, with hands-on experience in audit specifically within the BFSI industry.
- Candidates currently at the Pre-Partner/Director level in Big4s (or similar) looking for challenging work in an engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading rigorous 'Audit' processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Overseeing comprehensive 'Finance and Accounting' operations, including FP&A, budgeting and forecasting.
- Driving 'Business Finance and Expansion' strategies to new markets and opportunities.
- Managing 'MIS and Investor Presentations', ensuring clear and compelling financial narratives.
- Controlling 'Treasury' functions and overseeing 'Fund Tax' matters, upholding financial health and compliance.
