Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Paid Social Media Manager with 4 years of experience in managing portfolios of accounts within the Paid Social vertical. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in setting up campaigns across various platforms including Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Pinterest, and Snapchat. This role requires a strategic thinker who can produce comprehensive reports, participate in client strategy discussions, and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Set up and manage campaigns across multiple social media platforms according to the media plan and client brief.
  • Performance Reporting: Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and end-of-campaign reports showcasing campaign performance. Provide insightful observations, recommendations, and strategies for future campaigns based on current performance.
  • Strategy Planning: Participate in or lead strategy planning discussions with clients. Offer expertise on audience targeting, ad formats, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various brand owners and internal teams to ensure tasks are completed with utmost quality and alignment with client objectives.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share expertise and insights with team members, particularly junior staff, to facilitate their professional growth. Provide guidance and mentorship to address daily operational queries.
  • Campaign Optimization: Guide the internal team in optimizing campaigns to achieve target KPIs and campaign objectives for client brands.
  • Budget Planning & Forecasting: Plan and forecast campaign budgets and estimate key metrics based on audience size and historical performance data.
  • Research & Strategy Development: Conduct regular research to identify new strategies that can enhance brand performance. Present findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Agency Experience: Previous experience in an agency setting would be advantageous.

Project Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in managing Paid Social media accounts.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving campaign objectives and KPIs.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
