Sincro is hiring Paid Search Digital Advertising Analysts! If you possess 1+ paid search experience (building, optimizing & managing campaigns), this role is for you. In this role, you will execute multi-channel Digital Advertising campaigns, and will be responsible for achieving established performance, revenue retention, and growth. The Digital Advertising analyst utilizes advertising expertise in SEM, Email Marketing, and Account Management to achieve desired client campaign performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and analyze campaigns on Google and Bing and make regular proactive changes to improve account performance
- Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth that will improve account’s ability to achieve desired outcomes
- Gather, analyze, and organize complex information, conduct comparative analyses, make recommendations supported by identified facts, and present clear recommendations to internal clients
- Create custom presentations to maintain post-sales activities with a goal to increase account revenues (campaign reports, up-sell, and cross sell opportunities)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Google AdWords and Bing Certifications highly preferred (those who do not possess these certifications will be required to obtain them upon hire)
- 1+ years digital marketing experience
- Good working knowledge of entire Microsoft suite, advanced knowledge with Excel & PowerPoint
- Proven ability to understand customer needs, build ongoing relationships and drive revenue
- CRM experience, competitive analysis, and trending tools
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Flexibility to adapt to frequent change in a fast environment
SHIFT-TIMINGS:
- 9 AM to 6 PM
