POSITION: Digital Marketing Specialist

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a part of HolidayIQ’s marketing team, the candidate will be expected to own and be responsible for driving specific parts of the Digital Marketing initiatives for HIQ. Working closely with other teams, he/she will be charged with leading planning, campaign design, execution, measurement, and optimization of Digital Marketing plans to deliver clearly defined objectives.

 

  1. Drive audience acquisition for HIQ via Digital Marketing.
  2. Manage all planning and execution of online search marketing programs, including campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, analysis, optimization, budget pacing and forecasting, keyword research and expansion, competitive benchmarking, and strategic portfolio insights.
  3. Deliver on marketing objectives for HolidayIQ’s mobile products [both WAP and Apps] from downloads to engagement to Revenue.
  4. Be the sole owner of HolidayIQ’s social media marketing campaigns and any other strategic media buying requirements. This will include developing media plans, negotiating with networks/publishers, working with the internal creative team to develop assets, deploying them to monitoring performance and making changes as necessary.
  5. Work closely with Product, Technology and Sales teams and the rest of the Marketing team to strengthen performance of HIQ’s Digital Marketing efforts. This could include developing brand new user-experiences on Site to optimizing pages to developing widgets to almost anything else!.
  6. Partner with data and analytics teams to develop and evolve marketing reporting dashboards and analyze individual campaign performances to derive actionable insights to improve performance, conversion rates, and lifetime customer value.
  7. Provide regular performance updates to business owners and serve as the channel owner in making recommendations, sharing best practices, and alerting to new trends and emerging opportunities.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated with a demonstrated track
record of strong academic and professional performance. The position
requires someone who is very proficient with Digital Marketing [SEM,
Display, Social, Mobile Marketing] best practices, is a strong communicator
and influencer, possesses superior analytical skills and is comfortable
working across teams in a fast-paced global environment.

 

  1. 5+ years of professional experience, incl. at least 3 years ofInternet Marketing experience with a proven track record indeveloping and executing marketing campaigns at different scale.Experience working at OTA/eCommerce businesses preferred.
  2. Intimate understanding of key internet marketing metrics [CPC,CTR, Conversion Rate, etc.], SEM variables [Quality Score,PageRank, etc.] and Performance measures [esp. Lead-Gen and On-Site Conversions] and the ability to recognize how they might impact campaigns and business.
  3. Marketing technology savvy and comfortable using Paid Search management tools [Adwords, AdCenter, other tracking platforms]
  4. Skilled in identifying and executing against different campaign optimization strategies and techniques.
  5. Strong project management skills, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on judgment.
  6. Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  7. Superior oral and written communication skills, incl. comfort presenting to senior executives.
  8. Strong analytical skills and ability to extract actionable insight from large quantity of data.
  9. Fun, energetic and collaborative personality with self-starter approach to work.

 

Education:


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in math, economics, engineering, or related
discipline preferred.

 

Location: Bangalore

CTC Band :15-18 LPA

Experience: 3-6 years
