Responsibilities:
- Strategic Campaign Planning: Develop and fine-tune Digital Marketing strategies for display, search, and video campaigns, ensuring alignment with company and client objectives
- Campaign Implementation: Guarantee smooth setup and deployment of campaigns across relevant platforms, utilizing top-tier tools and technologies
- Performance Monitoring: Track campaign KPIs, creating consistent reports that deliver insights into performance metrics and ROI
- Optimization: Continuously analyze campaign performance data, adjusting strategies and tactics to boost results
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to achieve and optimize campaign objectives
- Stay Updated: Keep pace with industry trends, new platform updates, and best practices to maintain competitive campaign performance
- Budget Management: Diligently monitor campaign budgets, ensuring optimal ROI and judicious spend
Competencies:
- Strategic Insight: Visualize the larger framework and recognize how individual campaigns contribute to broader marketing strategies
- Analytical Depth: Confidence in navigating and extracting insights from intricate data sets
- Detail Orientation: Meticulous attention to every nuance, ensuring campaign accuracy and consistency
- Adaptability: Skill in navigating the rapidly evolving digital scene and adjusting strategies accordingly

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of deep experience in Digital Marketing. Experience with a service business focus is highly desirable
- Robust analytical abilities, capable of interpreting data, drawing conclusions, and implementing actionable recommendations
- Mastery of Digital Marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
